"I wanted to take this opportunity and commend Dominic B. I was very stressed today because my battery was dead. I was able get someone to jump start my truck. When I got the auto zone on 67th Bethany. When I walked in Dominic immediately noticed the stress on my face and ask if I was ok. I told him what I needed and he was so understanding of my situation. He automatically told me not to worry and he would do everything in his power to help, not only did he help he went above and beyond to replace my battery with care not to scratch or break anything. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Auto Zone needs more people like Dominic. Auto Zone will now be my only auto store from now on."

"This refrigerant sucks! Only brand they carry in this store I guess. The guys there kept asking if I wanted a hose, so I'm starting to think it had a special hose or something bcuz both cans I bought were bad news."
