"This place is a joke. Extremely long waits and horrible service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There were ten cars waiting and 8 customers inside and they decided to have a half hour team meeting at 11:00 on a Saturday"

"I would give this auto center a big ZERO if I could. I needed a new battery as my car had trouble starting and I ended up needing a jump. My battery was more than 3 years old so it was definitely time for a new battery. I took it to this Walmart auto center location and explained that I needed a new battery and I needed their help installing it. The auto worker decided to check my battery. He then tells me my battery is good even though he heard it struggling to turn over and that he couldn’t sell me a battery. He said if I wanted to buy the battery at the counter I could do it myself, but he couldn’t sell me one. The employees of this Walmart are LAZY. He wouldn’t sell me a battery because he didn’t want to do the work. I went right over to AutoZone across the street where they sold Me a battery (of course it was more expensive) but the guy installed it no questions asked. He took my word for it and could clearly see that the battery was over 3 years old. If you want good service take you car somewhere else. They will make excuses so that they don’t have to service you."

"Took to get my battery changed out. Went to pick it up and now i have a wiring hanging out and the cover piece thats under the car misplaced (battery is in the bottom side of bumper by the driver side tire). Took it back and got told he dont know what it is and only put a pushpin in to hold the cover piece and didnt do anything about the wiring. Guess thats what i get for taking the free installation and plus its walmart.."

"I would give it a zero if I can. Worst wlmart auto service ever. Came in for oil change only. Checked in at 1:30 PM and there were only two cars ahead of me. At 3:10PM and still no one started to work on my car. After yelling and complaining at the desk they started to work on my car and at 3:30 pm they finished it and then it turned out that they fill in my car with the wrong oil. Worst employee I have ever seen. DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH unless you are ready to spend 3 hours for oil change only"

"I bought a tire a month ago and it went flat on the freeway. Came in for replacement and was told that since I didn't purchase a specific warranty, which wasn't fully explained to me at purchase, I would have to pay full price for a new tire. Troy came to help me and found out that my valve stem had dislodged and was in the tire, leading to the flat tire. He helped to get me taken care of and back on my way in no time. Thanks, Troy, for your help and expertise!"
