"LARRY MILLER TOYOTA DEALER IS UNDER POOR MANAGEMENT!!! I called days ahead to reserve a rental car for father'sday weekend. When I picked up my car rental, to my surprise, the car was showered with bird-poop !!! I asked if they could put the car through the wash. They did it two times and some bird-poop was still visible. They didn't even dry the car for me as they handed me the keys. I took a look inside the car and it was terrible. I made them aware, the floor was full of dirt and some of the leather seats were full of dirt as well. There were opened drinks under the seats. It was incredible to see such a dirty car with only 10k miles in a Toyota dealer. I was told I would get a discount because the car should have been properly cleaned and detailed for me before I picked it up. The guy told me and I quote. " I apologize, this is not how we do business here. I will make sure you get a discount when you turn the car in, I'm so sorry" When I returned the car he wasn't there. He's manager told me, " I can't give a discount, if the car was dirty as you say, we would have cleaned it for you if you would have allowed us". "What????" I need to allow you to clean the rental car? How did I ever impeded you from doing so?? I wasn't in a hurry thatday, I asked the guy to please put it trough the wash because he was willing to give me the car as it was. The manager refused to give me a discount and what's worse, he not once looked at me when he was talking, when I started talking back to him, he said nothing, he simply left he's desk and I didn't see him again. The guy who rented me the car showed up before I left. THATS HOW HE DOES BUSINESS!! He apologized once again. He told me " I'm sorry I'm not authorized to give you a discount. I just got yelled at for doingso, I should have checked with my manager before I offered you a discount. But I am sorry. The car was a real mess. I'm a man of my word and offering you a discount was the right thing to do. I will give you money out of my own pocket, let me know how else can I make this better. I promise you that if you come back I will make sure your well cared for." I was touched. I could not take money from he's pocket. I told him I really appreciated him steppingup. So him and I ended up in good terms we shook hands and I left. Although this man did well, LARRY MILLER TOYOTA DEALER IS UNDER POOR MANAGEMENT!!!"
