"First time getting tires here Nick was awesome. Ordered my tires day later had him installed by Kaden and another guy big beard. lol! Replaced my wheel sensors at the same time to get that annoying light to go away and now I know when my tires are low. The light wasn't off when I left but he assured me once I got it up to 50 and drove it for a few minutes said it would go away, and just like that it went off. I'm very pleased with this place they even referred me to a place that backs members of Costco for 15% off and that the work will don't be done properly for alignments and such. I would highly recommend Costco tire shop to others and I will be returning with my other vehicle."

"I’m an engineer and rocket scientist who works on his own car and is meticulous about his vehicles. I’ve also been going to Costco for the last 20 yrs or so. I’d say that the crew working in the tire and auto are the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in a tire shop. They’re polite, listen and take good care of my wheels. I recently pulled up without an appointment and the tech noticed that one of my lug nuts was loose. Thank you! And then another one comes running out with a torque wrench offering to to torque all of my lug nuts. Made me feel like a VIP or something. Thanks gents."

"I bought a new battery yesterday at your location. Since you couldn’t install it a took it home. (200 miles). Installed it this morning. Completely DEAD. My primary complaint is that called for 48 minutes and never got an answere in the tire shop. Why does no one answer the phone. I was calling between 11am and 12pm. The calls continually cycled back to phone tree."

"Matt in service was extremely helpful. Came to Costco with a nail in my tire (unrepairable) and a spare in place. He gave honest, sound advice on what I should do. Unfortunately Costco doesn’t carry the replacement needed, but Matt made sure my spare had sufficient air pressure to carry on safely for the time being."
