"I’m going to be honest, I don’t trust Big O tires. Their sneaky way they advertise to get people in. However, I came to this place not for tires but for mechanical issues on my car and because they were the only ones around. Well, their customer care, knowledge, and service were amazing. "Had a great experience at this location today! My service writer Peggy was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional as well as transparent about the pricing for services (both on the phone as well as in person). I chose Big O today based on a promotional pricing offer but had such a good experience I will be back in the future. As a walk-in during a pretty busy morning they were able to get me in and out in roughly 90 minutes (for an oil change and tire rotation) which was longer than I'd prefer but I didn't make an appointment either so that's my mistake. Update: made an appointment and my wait time was still 90 minutes, the employee at the desk said that's their standard time. Still had a good experience though! It was worth my wait. Inside the store they have a pleasant waiting area that offers wifi, television, free beverages and some light snacks while you wait! The entire store including the restroom was clean, well kept and in working order. Will definitely recommend to others in the future!"
"Went in for an alignment with a scheduled appointment at 2:30 pm. It took approximately 1 1/2 hours for them to take my truck into the shop. Alignment was fast tho and i know why… ALL of my a arm bolts were loose and i torqued all of them to spec a day or two before i went to get it aligned. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the employees are always nice and greets customers well."
"My alignment work was started promptly at the appointed time and completed quickly. I was able to work comfortably from the lobby using the free wifi. I was given a full readout of my before and after alignment settings and acceptable ranges for my car."
