"My experience was somewhat decent. I referred someone else to the company, and I was present as they charged 2 times the amount quoted, for an oil change. Stating that she needed more than expected. Never has this happened with needing more, and notice that I mentioned, “She.” They added and charged, despite the questions and opposition. She’ll never return and in turn, they lost me as well. I don’t like making recommendations and then they back out."

"I almost had an accident when I left their shop. Both of my rear tires were loose. Took it in for an oil change and alignment. It took them 3 hours to do an oil change and told me an alignment could not be done since my truck was too lifted. I left disappointed and drove about 30 yards when my rear passenger tire flew out and almost hit another vehicle. The second rear tire almost came off as well if I wouldn't stop. The manager got offended when I told him I would have their half work done checked by a second shop because, in the end, they never repaired my truck completely how it was before leaving their shop. Damages were made in my truck, and I told the manager I wanted to speak to his supervisor and denied me to speak with him. When the second shop checked their work, they did it on my truck. I had $2000 dollars of damage done my Midas supposely certified employees. Here are some pictures of the incident which speak for themselves."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! PLEASE READ!!!! This car was is owned by an airman I supervise. He brought the car to the three times and the same "mechanic" worked on it everytime. First time they changed the thermostat. They broke the bolt on the head and tried to put putty around the thermostat housing. So they already knew what was wrong and put my airman back on the road with an unsafe vehicle. I removed the parts to find out what was the issue and they told me they can't do anything about it now that I worked on it. They said we should have brought the car back to them. Like seriously? A fourth time? Do you think we trust you to fix anything? I have contacted corporate and got no response. This is my last attempt before advising my Airman to sue them."
