"I was forced to put a star. I did it only to give a review. If this even matters… this is the worse story ever. I’ve been coming here for many many years and this store has never been this bad. The new manager that took over is unfit to run this store. Customer are not first and it takes 30 min just to purchase a gallon of anti freeze. I will no longer come here I’ll drive 10 miles to get my parts or some other outlet. We will see if the owner feels the same way as his employees.so far all the review on this site are negative, bad reviews 90% of them and the owner has done nothing about it. Seems to me the owner doesn’t really care. You have other employees standing around, on there cell didn’t bother to help the long lines. See ya!"

"Inexperienced workers, had no clue to use engine code reader. And when it came to customer service pulled up the part number and gave me a ticket and told me to go find the part myself. Didn't even bother to ask to help. Smh no wonder why AutoZone blows this company out of the park with customer service."
