"I was skeptical my in store experience was not going to be well after a phone calling had, before I arrived at the store. The gentleman was not very pleasant. He had red hair and was very short, no smile and asked questions that I didn't feel were logical. I returned an item and I also need to get my car battery charged. I was asked was the item broken? I am not sure how beneficial it would be to the store or me, to return a BROKEN ITEM. The device drained my car of it's power and my battery was new. This was an uncomfortable visit."
