"Paid for part that needs to be transferred over to this location. When I asked the employee if they would call me when the part arrived he looked at me like I nuts an replied "we don't call anybody" so I asked him what time I should return. He initially said "I don't know" then after a moment on the AutoZone intranet he reluctantly says 2:30...I bought the part before 8am.....anyways AutoZone obviously doesn't care much about employees appearance an grooming all seemed disheveled an wrinkled."

"Bought a thermostat at another location yesterday and the guy forgot to mention I needed a new gasket as well ,and it wasn't included. (I know I should have checked before I left). The box represented it as such,so I paid and left. Making sure I had everything ready today,I realized I needed a new gasket. I went to this location on 1st and Glenn and the employee agreed the other location should have said as much. But he was helpful and quick. I'll be going back. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE U LEAVE!"
"This particular store at 1st ave & Glenn st. Has always been my favorite in Tucson. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable in all areas automotive. They're friendly and always willing to do whatever it takes to please the customer. My last visit to this location lasted 2 days and not one single time did they make me feel unwelcome. This was what my car looked like while I was there."
