However, I waited in line like everyone else and was waiting for my turn and he decided he couldn't do it. Don't go there if you want anything that takes time."

"I really don’t leave bad reviews. Martin was absolutely useless. I walked in and he stared at me for a solid 15 seconds. Didn’t initiate conversation or walk towards the counter. Just leaned there and stared. I had to ask him to help me and even then he…just…stared. Chuy ended up taking some initiative and helping me with my question. Then he took a personal call on his cellphone mid transaction. How is that even acceptable? I don’t think my complaints are uncalled for. I really just expected a morsel of customer service from this location. Sadly, things did not go as planned. Will go out of my way to go to elsewhere."
