"My food and freezer went bad bc I needed a new fridge and was not able to carry out a Fridgedaire or Whirpool fridge. Why should a customer need to wait if he has the equipment to Move a Fridge today not next week. Unacceptable I'm very disappointed in losing Food that had to be thrown OUT!!"

"Worst customer service from a manager I've ever received. I received a gift card over the holidays to home depot for$100. I went in to use it, I hadn't even scratched off the pin on the backside. The gift card didn't work, and when Matt, one of the managers was called, he looked it up and told me that it simply had never been loaded with money, but that I was SOL, and wasn't going to get comped at all. Ridiculously unhelpful, and the way the cashiers talked about him and the other managers clearly made it seem like this wasn't a surprise and the managers were of no use."

"This store didn’t have the items needed in stock; however, Jon at the front desk was able to jump through a lot of computer hoops to get the items requested delivered. He’s very efficient. Store is clean, organized and staff members are friendly."
