The replaced the damaged parts of our slide and submitted the paperwork work to our warranty in one day and we were on our way. "I own a Food Truck here locally in St George. While working at at an event, my generator quit producing power. Without power I am out of business. I called one of the bigger dealers here in town at first. They showed very little compassion for my problem and tried to book an appointment for two weeks out. Not knowing whether it would take 5 minutes or 5 days to fix. When I called RVzz, they said bring it down and we'll see what we can do. They had the electrical problem diagnosed and back on the road in about 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to see they actually had the part in stock as well. Everyone has problems and a different situation but glad they cared about mine on that day. Thanks for the help Tyler and the guys."
