"Sad experience at this location, Had Alexa tell me she would call to check availability on some batteries and said she'd call me back. (They are street sweeper batteries and I needed 3, it was a bigger sale at least 800.00 dollars). I waited over 4 hours and I tried calling them twice and both times Alexa dodged to help me out... I was able to call the Vegas batteries plus and they gave me the pricing and availabilities I needed on the same phone call and it was done no long than 5 minutes. I'm still currently waiting for Alexa to call me back... Poor customer service."
"Thank you Duncan and Batteries Plus! All of a sudden I'm unable to start my car, and I had somebody at the hospital waiting to get picked up. I coasted into a parking lot of Battery Plus. I had a loose negative terminal and Duncan was extremely helpful and jump-started me with this awesome jumper that they sell in the store and I was able to buy a terminal that fit the battery properly. Awesome and friendly service, thank you Duncan! Saved the day!"

"Purchased a Baby Shark plush that was supposed to light up and play the baby shark song. It came without batteries and I looked at 2 places before trying Batteries Plus. Luckily they were able to look at the toy and figure out the type of batteries it took. They even put the batteries in for me so I could see if it worked before I purchased the batteries."
