"Friendly employees. Found my needed empty Christmas cookie tins. Just as nice as Walmart tins for a fraction of Walmarts price. I wish we had a dollar tree plus here in Washington County."

"I love shopping here! My daughter and I picked up some crafts to paint for Halloween, which will be fun and inexpensive to make! Dollar Tree makes our seasonal holidays so much fun! I also picked up some gift bags to keep on hand. It makes living in my budget easier! If you can't find what you need, you can order it on their online website for the same price. I needed to order lots of red and white plastic tablecloths for our church Christmas party and plastic forks, knives and spoons. I had them shipped to the store so that I wouldn't get charged for shipping. They emailed me when the order came in. Loved it!"

"Turns out that this particular location is probably the nicest Dollar Tree that I have ever been to! The store was clean and stocked. And the staff was nice and friendly. So many decent item here. Practically something for everyone! Not Bad at All!"

"I wouldn’t even give this store more than a star and that is being generous!! I Tried going to Washington City location at 5:48pm and employee came running out of the store waving her arms and screaming at me…. “WE ARE CLOSED!!!” almost jumping in front of my car as I was trying to park. I looked at the hours posted and they said 7pm so being confused I got out of my car because there was a sign on the door. The employee continued to scream at me rudely. I told her I was taking a picture of the hours posted so I knew when I could come back another day. She screamed “WE ARE CLOSED…WE HAVE A SIGN ON THE DOOR” I again explained I just wanted to take a picture of the hours so I knew when I could come back. The employee lady was very rude and really has no business working in the public. She lacks customer service and courtesy. I’ve worked retail and in customer service for 20 plus years and that is not how you act or treat customers. The sign on the door said closing at 6pm. It was not 6pm when I got there and I needed just one thing that would have taken me less than 2 minutes to grab and pay for. This employee was behaving not in the best interest for your company and needs to be trained customer service skills and given a watch and taught how to tell time!!"

"The store on River road is always a mess and how can you find something when boxes are stacked in front of the shelves. The customer restroom are not stocked and cleaned properly also the toilet seat falls off when using it."
