"I scheduled an appointment with the “Geek Squad” for 5:40pm. Clocked out and left work early to drive all the way down from Cedar City - 45 minutes and at least a quarter tank of fuel each way. Upon arrival and after a very brief assessment, the guy tells me it’s too late in the day and no one is available to fix my phone today - but don’t worry, he can get me set up to come back another day and time to fix it so my time and gas isn’t “all for nothing” (his words). How considerate! Why do you offer appointments if you’re not going to be able to help?!"
"I have not had this experience at other Best Buys, but this one in Washington, UT. Was really positive. We have purchased a computer, electronics, and an appliance here. The young staff is very helpful and respectful to us old codgers who aren't so tech savvy. Their Geek Squad was very patient and helpful and fast. Thank you, staff!"
"Low stock on some popular holiday items, but the customer service was great. Checked out at the cell counter and skipped a long line of returns. Desired product was OOS, but I was able to return for credit and have a new item shipped to my door for free. Hats off to Best Buy for adapting to the challenges of our current retail environment and providing creative, frictionless solutions via online availability."
