"Apparently the original owner that we hired does not own the company any longer. We were very pleased with the work several years ago. We called for an estimate a few months ago and someone came out to measure. She texted me a few days later and told me she would have something to me shortly. It has now been over a month and nothing. I understand as a small business owner that some jobs may be smaller than you can handle but at least have the decency to call or text and tell us that you are not interested."
