"I've been in the food industry for a long time. Customers can get irritating. I don't order here often, it was my second time through so I'm not familiar with the menu. I dont know the names of the sandwich and I had thought I ordered 4..The girl who took my order was very nice and polite (she seemed new) there was a misunderstanding with my order from both her and I. I went back to the window because I had thought we were missing food from the order. The girl who helped me the second time needs to work on how to talk to people . I was as nice as I could be but she seemed like she was ready for a fight. I fully understand how irritating this can be, but we will probably never go back to that location. But I'm sure you guys get plenty of business!"
"I had two cars in front of me. I've been in line for 27 minutes so far still no sandwiches. I only ordered two. This is the least "freaky fast" jimmy johns I've ever been to. I've never waited less then 10 minutes to get food here. Typically I wait between 10 and 20 I've never had more than 2 cars infront of me."
"ordered for pickup and they were very accommodating. It did take a minute when I showed up to get my sandwich, but I work in food service so I know how things are. They weren't stingy with toppings like subway and my sandwich tasted very good. 5 stars and I will be ordering again. sorta sad they didn't have a tip jar in the store, I wanted to give a good tip"
"It took 15 minutes for me to get my one little John veggie sandwich and there were no cars in front of me. The whole time I was waiting at the window this girl was standing texting on her phone oblivious to her surroundings. I couldn’t help but wonder if she could assist in getting my sandwich to me faster. Of course after I left I realized my sandwich was missing the cucumber’s (one of the few ingredient on the veggie sandwich) but I didn’t go back because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes."
