"Could hardly reason or even explain my order to them and then I don’t know if it pissed them off that I wanted to take something off of the sandwich (before I even go up to the window). I got home to eat it and it looked like they place a long piece of reddish hair perfectly in it. Couldn’t even eat it. Tossed it right into the trash. Unfortunately won’t be going there anymore….."

"It is almost impressive how quickly the pretzels become hard and inedible. I'm sure even the world's greatest scientists could never come up with a substance that is so malleable, but becomes impenetrable in an instant. I'm told that the pretzels Subway originally served are the incorrect pretzels, but those were nearly perfect. I never much cared for soft pretzels, and yet, I went to Subway for one nearly everyday. Alas, they now serve the "correct" pretzels, and I'm certain I will never enjoy soft pretzels again."
"Said my order was ready online, got to the store and they haven't even started it. And on top of that I had to wait 40 minutes to get my food... Would not recommend."
