"Now this again is a business who knows how to treat customers and how to treat employees!! It was pouring rain this morning, yet this sweet worker was warm and dry! Dutch Brothers had this getup for her. She doesn't have to navigate to try to juggle and hold electronic equipment, an order pad, a cell phone, and an umbrella all at the same time. The customers were taken care of!! The employee was taken care of!! There were probably 8 ppl in front of me, yet the line moved very quickly. I had my hot drink in my hands in less than 3 minutes because of their clever solution to the rain!! Bravo Dutch Brothers!! I will definitely come again and again!!!"

"I go in and I ask the order taker what there favorite drink is and order that, I try to have them not tell me what the drink is. Except for energy drinks those put me to sleep.
