"Sharing style menu. Food made from scratch. We had an excellent meal. Homemade pasta was delicious. Biscuits with jam and butter so good. We also enjoyed hummus plate, crispy potatoes, Brussels sprouts, Cesar salad, and more. Cocktails good. Nice ambience. Good service. Valet parking available 2hrs for $5 when dining."

"After a long day of hiking, I was looking for a delicious dinner with the hiking buds. We ordered these dishes: The crispy potatoes with pork belly: there is no pork belly in this dish. The brussel sprouts: too salty, too saucy. After having two, the palate is overwhelmed. The pollo a la brasa: terrible homage to the Peruvian specialty. The chicken was very dry. The wasabi sauce was bizarre. When eating the two in combination, the aftertaste of cardboard is produced. Pork belly watermelon: I was looking extremely forward to this dish. I adore pork belly. The pork belly was dry and over cooked. The sauce was over saturated on the pork bellies. The watermelon chunks were over sauced. Duck tacos: Deconstructed duck taco should be the name of this dish. It’s a small, dry duck leg and four soft tortillas. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a cozy atmosphere. I hope the recipes get a serious revamp because I haven’t had such a regrettable meal in years."

"I wanted WAR to be remarkable, but it fell short. A couple easy tweaks would elevate the place to that distinction. Beautiful venue with a modern color scheme & cool art, but literally garish cafeteria-bright lighting. Dimmed lights would improve the ambiance for dinner. We ordered the biscuits, grilled carrots, wings, and miso shrimp. Loved the gold serving utensils. Known for your biscuits - one in our order of two was underdone (doughy center). We did not send it back as we needed no extra food. Delish preserves. Carrots - beautiful dish, really good chimichurri Wings - great textures (good crunch, tender chicken, nice glaze), but although the blade attached to the drummy makes for a pretty presentation, it's frustrating for eating. We wrestled them apart, thankfully not sending either part flying across the room, but making a good bit of mess. Not the experience I was looking for that evening. Shrimp - almost perfect - this dish, as well as the wings & carrots all begged for salt. Flake salt on the wings & carrots would amplify the flavor profiles. Salt in the batter for the shrimp would do the same."

"Every item on the menu we tried was delicious. Branden was so good to us as a server and we will definitely be back to try more! The restaurant is shared style so we ordered items for all of us to share. We got a lot and had a bill total of about $50 per person, but you could definitely do less! Our favorite item that we tried was the crispy Brussels sprouts, stunning!"

"We went for brunch. My breakfast sandwich was amazing. So much flavor. I recommend that 10/10. My wife got their brisket eggs Benedict. The was really disappointing. First time I’ve ever seen brisket look bad and taste just alright. That being said she still enjoyed it. The place is really nice the only reason I didn’t give a full five star was because there were only three other groups eating and we still had abnormally long wait time for our water to be refilled."
