"There was a hair in my breadstick and we informed the waitress who said she was going to let the manager know. The manager came to our table and didn’t say anything about the incident at all. We still paid full price for everything. It would have been nice if the manager at least apologized"
"I only had a few minutes to get lunch today so I popped into the Pasta Factory to place a to-go order for my favorite Alfredo. Not only were they super quick and accurate, they brought it to me upstairs where I was placing a to-go order for my daughter. I love this place and their food. Great customer service! There’s a reason it’s my favorite!!!"
"Delicious food! Everyone loved the breadsticks, their pasta is great and I've had it before, this time we all went with the salads. They were all really good! The portion size is very generous, we were thrilled with the half size. Overall very happy with the good and the service."
"Had such a great dining experience here. Took our 9 year old daughter for her birthday. Sat in the outdoor shaded dining area. Our server was very attentive and so kind. She was happy and helpful. Food came quickly even though it was fairly busy. All the food was delicious, but especially the breadsticks, which were 10x better than other Italian food joints. Will definitely be back when we visit St George."
