"Ah, Elevato - the culinary equivalent of a backhanded compliment wrapped in a paradoxically cream-cheesed veneer. Let's dive into this gastronomic enigma, shall we? First off, the saga of the cream cheese is one for the ages. Imagine, if you will, a group of TIk-Toking anarchists in the back, slathering your bagel with cream cheese applied like a thin veneer, only to then meticulously scrape off 90% of it as if this culinary minimalism screams that the .30 cents of cream cheese wiped off is being withheld. The result? A bagel that's seen more cream cheese action on the TV than on its actual surface. Then there's the service - a veritable roulette of lacking attention to detail. Most days they manage to open on time. Dare ask for a to-go box, then brace yourself for the ultimate downgrade: a plastic grocery bag, the kind that screams "I've made questionable life choices," as you saunter out with your half-devoured bagel splashing around in a grocery sized bag. But fear not, dear diner, for salvation lies just outside this low key strip mall that houses Elevato. There, in the same shopping complex, exists a few doors down, a haven of capacious cabana-like seating, complete with majestic sail cloths and giant sized granite monoliths aligning with the St. George sun . It's the perfect spot to overlook the culinary chaos and ponder the meaning of life, or at least why you keep coming back to Elevato? Credit where credit is due, Elevato does serve as a beacon for the local tech college arts department and an assortment of the vocally lost, a community hub for those yearning to express themselves in a somewhat cozy café. And let's not forget the unspoken rule of engagement: steer clear of TDS - not the local fiber company, the "Trump" or "Republican" speak within its white washed walls unless you're itching for a side of side-eye on your political discourse with your bagel. It's a place where the cream cheese might be the only thing thinner than todays PC infused nothing burger thick enough to cut with a knife. In the grand tapestry of American business, where coffee and common ground should bring us together, Elevato stands as a testament to the fact that sometimes, it's just about surviving each other, getting past the experience with a bit of sardonic humor and the hope of a better bagel on the horizon."

"The banana peanut butter toast and latte with french vanilla syrup was delicious. The bagel and cream cheese was a little too heavy on the cream cheese for my liking. The house special - "like the sun" - is definitely different. When that cayenne pepper added a little spice to things."

"Cool place with a live music scene we’ll need to get back here to see. Drip coffee was really good. Chris was very accommodating when I needed to get in at 7:55 before an 8 o’clock soccer game. Great spot!"

"Tasty food most of the time. I prefer the baked goods over the sandwiches. Well the avocado toast is good but I didn’t care for the French dip. I know most people go for coffee but I hate coffee. The chai is really good. It’s open a lot and a cool place to hang out and play games."

"Talk about ambiance and great service! Its styled wonderfully in there, make sure to observe all the cool functional art pieces and enjoy the living plants. I kind of stumbled upon this place by accident while driving lunch to my husband, he was working with a guy from Seattle who trash talks our towns lack of hard-core coffee lol. I enjoy it greatly but have no idea how to order fancy complicated stuff so I asked the awesome folks at the counter what they thought would wow someone like that. I trusted their suggestions and they did not disappoint. From the die hard coffee experts to simple beige Becky's like myself, this is a great spot to check out. The beverages are delicious and I wouldn't mind trying some of the food next visit, they have a huge display case with some gorgeous deserts!"
