"I am a Washington resident and have never bought nor even thought about purchasing a new motorcycle from an out of state dealer; but Carl's had the model I was looking for that I was unable to find anywhere in WA. After speaking to a pleasant salesman, Russ via phone, we agreed on a very fair price, so I decided to make the drive to purchase the bike. With storms looming making the late fall drive a bit treacherous, Russ gave me continued status updates on the bike's assembly and updates on the weather in Boise to help me find a safe time to make the 8.5 hour trip. I eventually got to Boise and Russ was fantastic, making the sale a breeze. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for me, spent a good amount of time showing me the best way to load the bike and tied it down securely for the long journey home. After getting back to Washington and attempting to license the bike I realized I needed an additional piece of paperwork from the dealership. Russ tracked it down and made sure it got sent to me in a timely manner, again updating me each step of the way. I've bought many motorcycles and vehicles in my 53 years, and Russ was hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Look him up if you are buying from Carl's, I'm glad I did."
