"My girlfriend and I went to buy some paint and supplies. The paint mixer gentleman was nice and helpful. We tried to pay with an e-giftcard and the three people at the self checkout claimed it wasn't usable because there was no barcode. They didn't attempt to assist us whatsoever, they just claimed it was not usable or even real. They made us feel like we were trying to rob the place for using a gift card they hadn't seen before. Completely and utterly disrespectful. We scrambled to make a Home Depot account and attempt to add the e-giftcard to our account, because that was all we could think to do. The three disrespectful and condescending employees asked their fellow employee if he had seen this gift card before and he said "yes." Ezra didn't make us feel stupid, he fixed our problem with ease and excellence. Ezra and the employee that mixes paint deserve special recognition for their ability to do their jobs well, and for being respectful to customers. Regardless, this experience was completely deserving of a 1 star ranking. I will not be shopping here ever again, and I don't suggest that anyone else does either!"

"i want to start off this review by saying thank you to ezra, who was quite literally our saving grace during this experience. beyond that, my boyfriend and i don't appreciate being treated like we're trying to steal merchandise just because the staff had never heard of coinstar e-gift cards before. rather than attempting to help us come to a solution, as is the entire point of customer service, we were treated like thieves and spoken down to like children the whole time we tried to check out. i've worked customer service for nearly a decade and understand that as an employee you may not always have all the answers. that's nobody's fault. however, treating your paying customers with such disdain just because you are unfamiliar with new digital technology is absolutely disgraceful and makes for an unnecessarily difficult experience for everyone involved. had ezra not been working, we would have been shooed out of the store with the other staff members shooting nasty looks at us like we had attempted to commit a crime. it's also worth mentioning that the man who mixed our paint- delberto i believe- was also very kind and helpful and took a lot of time to ensure we understood what we needed."

"World class customer service. Thanks Steve! I left some items in a cart in the parking lot. I called by the time I made it back they had hunted the items down. This location has some real customer service gems"

"Kevin and Mark were of great help for my boyfriend and I. Mark helped us find cheap options to help absorb sound for our apartments without damaging the property. We really appreciated that. Then Kevin was of great help and cut our cardboard into quarter sized panels so the foam could fit in my car! That was really helpful. This place has great customer service, makes us want to come back her again. Thanks for taking car of us! I hope Kevin and Mark gets recognition for their hard work :)"

"I had a brief interaction with Rocky at the self-check out station and in those small moments of interaction, he demonstrated not only excellent customer service, but he also seemed very exuberant and happy to be there. I was carrying a large container of floor cleaner and he took the time to get me a cart to take it out to my vehicle all the while telling me a dad joke. My interaction with him was joyful and he went above and beyond. I hope this review finds its way to him so he can know that he is excellent and appreciated. I could tell that he goes out of his way to make small talk with customers and has developed rapport with regulars. An asset indeed!"
