"Used to be decent, but they started tagging their CDs at up to $8. They must think they're the Record Exchange or something."

"They have a great store, and there were some nice items. But.... there was a women there today that was a insane about a water. There is a sign on the drinks that says "please pay before drinking", my boyfriend just got out of the hospital and had taken some meds. I have no idea if he was loopy and did not see the sign, or if he just assumed they would not be crazy about it. As the woman walked by he let her know that he had grabbed a water out of the fridge and that we intended to pay for it. She proceeded to get extremely angry that he had not paid for it before opening it. Again, okay... Okay.... We can pay for it now. An older lady seeing that he was in a neck brace and clearly had an injury offered to pay for the wate, but she was about three people back in line. The woman flipped, the water needed to be paid for right now! Not three people back...NOW! Again, okay... He told the lady it was very nice of her to offer to pay for his water, that he would pay for it now with cash. We had $100bill (we intended to shop)... But she needed the $2.30 water paid for right this second! She couldn't break $100 bill. I scrounged together and paid for the drink with change and a couple crumpled ones. It's paid for now.... We will continue to shop. We get it, there's policy. She proceeded to tell the next 10 people in line how outrageous we were for not paying for our water before we drank it, we could hear her telling customers, one after another until we made all the way to the back of the store. We bought a handful of items and again had the $100 bill to pay for our items. She once again threw a fit, she couldn't break the $100 bill! We had spent $40. And after all of our shopping, and accommodating her need for the $2.30 payment instantaneously, she still had every intention of turning us away. She had it enough in $10's and $5's, but it would leave her with minimal change she explained. I asked if the other till had enough to break it, as that is what I had for payment. The other till did indeed have that change, but she threw a giant fit and made everything into a giant ordeal. I guess my complaint is really about attitude, if you don't like your job maybe seek another. I understand there are rules, but the need for the rudeness, followed by 10 solid minutes of trash talk was extremely unnecessary."

"I do shop at their stores because I heavily believe in “reduce, recycle, reuse”, I unfortunately have learned from working from their distribution center that they don’t “value” their own values. It is sad that they openly despise the Mormon religion, disagree that people get tax deductions for donations, and circumvent state and federal laws because of their “non-profit” fake mirage. Managers despise customers and employees behind and in front of their “backs”."
