"I live in between the Boise and Eagle Reed Cycle locations and use both shops. These guys have been fantastic. I bought a Yeti SB100 from them and I have taken the bike in on several occasions to address a few break-in issues, as well as some issues caused by my own hand. No questions, no judgement, they just ask what I need and get it done, free of charge. Not only that, but they are patient with my questions and take time to explain the bike's mechanics to me.
