"My stepson lives here and for being a low income apartment complex, it's way over priced. $1,200 for a discounted, 2 bedroom place. But the knee kicker here is, there is absolutely no visitor parking in the whole establishment. I mean none, zero... My mother came to visit my stepson and I last month. I was shocked that the suggestion from the apartment manager was for us to park on the street and walk the 1/3 of a mile to the backside of the complex to visit my son. My mom is 81 years old and in no way capable of walking that sort of distance. Not to mention, there's no security on the premises that I noticed. Which makes me wonder why I would need park so far away, to just visit with my stepson for a couple of hours. All while, god-knows-who could be breaking into my car and I wouldn't even know for the duration of my visit. If there was even, some spots reserved for visitors only, I'd possibly have the ability to just look out his window to observe my car's security. Ridiculous. Edit: And as for parking on the street... Both sides are marked no parking. So much for the suggestion, huh! Guess I'll park several blocks away with my car completely unattended and hope for the best. Absolute nonsense! Figure it out."

"Reading some of the reviews and seeing 4 Degrees is the management made me skeptical but I decided to at least tour the space to see for myself. 1. There is not enough parking for everyone who lives in the building, especially to add any visitors. 2. The tour felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable as three young men lead the tour. 3. The amenities are not onsite, you’d need to walk to the older building. 4. The unit is small for what you pay for. The bathroom felt very cramped. If sitting on the toilet you’d be able to touch the wall in front of you and to the side of you. (It could be different for other units) 5. The thing I did like was the building security. You need a key or passcode to get in."

"Moved in place wasn't cleaned both door locks failed to work. Balcony hanging on by 2 screws and section 8 actually approved the place with out a walk through. Tell if that isn't fishy."

"After reading the reviews, I’m starting to think it’s a good thing that I only wasted an application fee through 4degrees. Both units I applied at have since been removed and I couldn’t even get a hold of the manager, their voicemail box was full. Would not recommend this apartment complex or 4degrees, by the way. If you’re looking like I am. Zillow and Craigslist are actually pretty decent. Watson Management has some places too."

"WORST PLACE EVER!! The new owners are pure slumlords. Used to be pretty cool when Jack was here now its a dump. Used to be cool, there were many fun events. There was 10 picnic tables in the courtyard now there are two. I imagine those will be gone shortly as both are broken. There used to be a community game room good luck ever getting in now. Laundry room is filthy and my clothes have been stolen several times. They have no clue how to take care of the pool it was open about a month and a half all last year instead of four. I have submitted 3 work orders none has been completed. The ceiling collapsed onto one of the walkways and they took weeks to fix it. They have gone through at least 3 managers in less than a year which is kind of a moot point because there is never anyone in the office anyway. Now they suddenly think my apartment-with 12 year old carpet and no renovations is suddenly worth $50 more a month. $700 for a crappy 2-bedroom with zero amenities."
