"Parking sucks I pay for a garage for my second car but my neighbors take up visiting parking spaces just because they can even though they have a carport. Neighbors above me have no respect I moved in September 2023 and I haven’t been able to watch a movie in my living room yet!! They are so loud sound like elephants are around me trampling full speed… after hours it’s crazy I complained to management about both even submitted photos and videos. No solution. Literally the worst. Praying to find a new home."

"Dog poop EVERYWHERE!!! Sidewalks not excluded either... Nobody cleans up after there dogs and management and maintenance have no cares for it."

"My wife and I were in these apartments for over a year and it was fairly enjoyable besides all the noise complaints that we had to file that never got dealt with. But come move out day we got everything moved out and cleaned it ourselves then after cleaning we hired a professional cleaning company to come and clean the rest of it. And yet here we are getting a bill from them that we aren’t getting our security deposit back because of all the dirty cabinets and that the toilet was dirty and the countertops were dirty and everything had scuff marks on it, yet when we left that apartments was shiny and fresh and nobody would’ve even noticed that another family was there prior. I will never recommend an apartment complex that charges $500+ to “fix” and “repair” things that are already in better condition than when we moved in"

"Lets start with Rent keeps going up. Resident for 3 years aprox. When switching apartments from 1 to 3 bedroom I was charged with a broken screen door from a cat from a previous owner. I was told not to worry about it moving in but there goes like 210$ moving out. Washing machines/dryer barely work. Parking for more than 1 person per household is a nightmare. The office lady bre or bri is helpful sometimes but the curly hair guy is very helpful. All the mail is in one corner and hard to get to. Trash is placed in awkward spots. Garages are never open for rent."

"I've been a resident of Mirabolante for about three years, along with my mother. The complex is always very clean and well-maintained, however, parking for visitors is definitely lacking. Nightly security patrols are a nice touch. My biggest issue with the complex is the frequent management changes (I wonder why) and their inability to respond to calls and emails. They also need to be more clear with inspection times - they often give residents a time window of the whole day."
