"Older apartments and the rent is alittle high but the new property manager is pretty good and the new maintenance guy(jesse) is a superstar. Just redid the pool in 2022, but the gym is pretty disappointing."
"I've been here for 6 years or so, and it was great at first of the like 10 managers. I feel like we've been through and like 3 different companies. Amber was by far our favorite, and the groundsmen does amazinglywell keeping the place looking well . The only time we got our lease on time and seemed like things stayed in check here. In last 6 months I've had to fight for my current lease update, the Pool never open on time 2 years ago we had it for 1 month this year i think we barely made 2 months, my tomato and strawberry plants have chemicals dumped into them by their own cleaning crew, a older gentleman with a gun point a few times into the courtyard and my apartment with my 1 year old at the time, druggies with needles sticking out of the arm in brod daylight, our cars broken into, our motorcycle vandalized, a drug deal in my parking spot caught on camera and the tenants still here, to the most recent stabbing fight that involved the same tenants. I mean, if you're kid free, don't mind drugs and a go with the flow. This may be a decent place for you, but for me, this place is lucky for 1 star."
"This place is quiet, well kept and cozy. The manager is super sweet and maintenance keeps everything outside looking nice. The apartments are cute and The floor plans are awesome. I definitely will renew my lease."
"All the above checked off says it all. 5 Stars 4 good values about this complex & management! Amber is ALWAYS very helpful & ALWAYS responsive. She has helped me with a lot and is very professional about it. Maintenance always works hard to get their job done to leave you satisfied. Quite complex, ive never had any issues other than a few minor ones. In other words you will be happy here!"
"Best renting experience I've had. (1.5 years here) Professional and friendly employees for management and maintenance. I've never had to wait more than 2 days, usually less, for any maintenance service. Impressed with how clean it is outside. The litter (from tenants:c ) and leaves are always taken care quickly. Good location too."
