"The place just sold out the new owners just bumped the rent up it was just about right now im going to start looking for a new place they think by putting siding on and a little paint that this place is something special, oh hell no this place is Hot there is way to many drugs sold in &out of these places ,i dont need any more trouble than i already have ,,,time to move...."

"Moving out now due to a new job opportunity in tri-cities. At first I moved in here because the great price was all I could afford for my family. I will admit I was ashamed of how the manager ran this place and wanted my family out after my first 2 months. But eventually the owners changed management for that very reason and I must admit the amount of upgrades they have done in the last 12 months is incredible. The last 6 months alone is remarkable. They still have some ways to go but after 2 years of living there I have seen this building grow leaps and bounds, if only my first year was as satisfying as my second year I would have nothing negative to say. Also the owners are available in the office to personally discuss any appliance issues or apartment issues in general and seemed to me always friendly and eager to fix what was wrong. Thank you for the two years of low cost living...my family is greatful"

"The manger doesn't do her job correctly and same with her husband and they need to fix the whole complex when I was pregnant with my son my husband and I spotted a baby mice in our apartment and I think they need help with everything and plus the mangers is thinking real hard taking people rent money so they can buy a house and they need to get rid of all of the bugs in the apartments personal thing is that our mangers should've end up in jail and some people here at this apartment complex has really bad asthma they are selling drugs and everything else"

"I moved into this place a few years back and only stayed for 6ish months. Worst experience ever, I literally don't know where to start. Cockroaches, bed bugs, drug addicts. I was charged $800 once I moved out to replace carpet that was damaged when I moved in. I also couldn't take all the furniture to my new home due to the bug infestation, so furniture removal was apart of that $800. When I moved in I had the bottom floor, I had meth dealers living directly above me. It literally sounded like they were doing construction above me at all hours. Sleep=Non-existent. The guy across the hall from me had two warrants for his arrest in different states. This being said, she is probably pocketing the "background check fee" and no background check is conducted. Last night I was nearby and watched the Swat team go on that street so I drove by to watch them go take someone wanted for assault charges out. Police are called their every day to every other day. So this being my first apartment, I learned the hard way. Take pictures before and after you move in. Make sure the landlord thourouly documents the damages right infront of you. She told me she wrote all the damages down prior to me moving in inside the lease. When I went back and checked, she literally wrote nothing and said I did the damages. These are horrible slum lords, and in general even more horrible people. Stay far away. These kinds of places are what is turning our city into a dump."

"This place is disgusting they have roaches and bed bugs the landlords are slum lords they are so incredibly rude all the time you can see it on the woman's face that she hates her job so she takes it out on all of the tenants my friend went up to ask how much the pet fee was and she told him who are you? I'm not telling you anything I don't know you do you live here? And we were shocked i wondered what if he actually did want to live here is that really how you should be talking to future tenants it's been an absolute awful expierence. If I owned this building I'd do a something like a secret shopper to expose how terrible of a job this woman does on the daily basis and please don't get me started on how rude that child is that she keeps in her office all the time"
