"I Wasted $4k on cool sculpting! I had it done a year and a half ago with Sasha. She had told me that I could kiss my love handles good bye. Of course, I do need to workout some to help. I said I do workout my love handles have always been there. Sasha said well kiss then goodbye. So I believed her paid almost $4k and let them freeze my fat away. Well a year later and I look the exact same. Same weight, same size, same mirror, same love handles! So I asked what can you all do to help me? The manager Katie Keith said. “We need to make money so the best we can do for you is 15% off.” What? “The procedure isn’t guaranteed but we will do it again for 15% off. And no you can’t talk to anyone else! I should have known since they take no measurements and they don’t weigh you before or after. They will take some pictures if you’re interested in airbrushing. Obviously results will vary but no results makes me feeI personally scammed since I was promised results and was offered another bill for $3k at 15% off, “since they have to make money.” I suggest not having anything done by a Owner that has time to respond to 5 star reviews but is too busy to respond to MY better business bureau complaint! Or to my personal questions about what kind of practice charges thousands of dollars and only responds to positive feedback? Garry Parkhurst"
