"My son went today with a family member to have his haircut. I am not happy with how it turned out. The lines are too blunt and it’s not what was asked for. Both my husband and I called up there and asked if they would fix it. Jake, the guy who cut his hair, said he would fix it but will charge us because my son and the family member said it was okay before they left. He’s 11. He doesn’t know any different and neither did the family member. As a parent, regardless of who took my son to get his haircut, I have the final say so. This was not honored or respected. I’m disappointed with this entire experience."
