"I had a 11:00 scheduled appointment to get my lashes waxed/sugared. When I got there, the lady informed me that their "sugar machine" was currently down and wasn't able to fulfill my appointment. I asked why wasn't I notified prior to my appt? I could have scheduled something else somewhere else. She just stated, "I got to work late and didn't have time to call". It's was so annoying because if I had canceled my appointment, I would have had to pay a fee. They canceled my appointment with no consequence and no respect for my time."

"A patvh of my middle lashes fell off 3 days after I got them done, leaving my set useless. This happened twice. This typically happens to me when low quality glue is used. Idk. I am irritated that I wasted over $200 here. On the positive side, the staff was nice and communicated appropriately when they needed to cancel an appointment"
