"Wonderful salon with very well trained staff! I made an appointment to have my nails repaired after a different shop jacked them up! My service was handled by Rena, an absolutely well trained expert in the nail industry! She knew exactly what a pink and white powder full set was, and how to apply the products to achieve the look. I decided to come here for the repair because the salon had a full book of services that included services that other salons did not offer— Like pink and white powder acrylic. My pink and white full set is exactly what I asked for. I got exactly what I wanted and I’m very happy. I’m including pictures and have a couple of cuts on my fingers, but they were there before my appointment. Those were not caused by the salon! Thank you, Rena For your 20+ years experience and listening and giving exactly what the client asked for! I have now found my new nail salon!"

"I went in on a Thursday afternoon and got a pedicure. The massage chairs are great - robust settings, comfortable, and clean. Tim did a good job on my nails and it was a pretty decent massage. He was professional and offered pleasant conversation. The salon is beautiful and I didn't have to wait as a walk in."

"We had appointments at 4pm, waited over an hour to be helped. No apologies given. Then was rushed through our services. Nails were painted sloppy, was given no lotion or cuticle oil. Did not get my nail beds trimmed. Really disappointed, never had a worst experience or worst lack of responsibility taken by the salon. Told them at checkout the issues we had, no apologies, no discount (not that we expected one, but waiting over an hour for our appts and then not getting the full services was pretty ridiculous). We didn’t walk out of there until 2.5 hrs after our appts were supposed to be. Unfortunately they lost any future business from us and we will not be suggesting them to anyone we know."

"I will not be returning to this salon unfortunately. I was super excited because it’s clean and elegant. My nails are super cute, however, I am in a lot of pain. I received cuts on almost all of my cuticles and the excessive filing on the sides of my nails to perfect the shape dug into my nail bed, which a couple now have scabs, and now my fingers are incredibly sensitive and sore. I’ve never had anything this bad happen to my nails. I am disappointed because my nails look amazing but I got my nails done on Monday and my nails are still sore and painful."
