"Made an appointment for 4 pedicures 3 days in advance. Show up , they were not ready for us. We had to wait at least another 30 to 45 minutes. I understand busy, but why schedule appointments if they cannot be honored. Then they completely ignored one in our party and she sat waiting while 3 of us got pedicures. While she was waiting the workers argued over who was going to take care of her. Also another one in our party needed to have her polish redone 3 times as it was not applied properly. Thankfully one gal stepped in at the every end and fixed the polish with a new color. Don't recommend! Not sure how they have such great reviews. Edited to add : I have to admit the customer service post review has been steller. Full open communication and lots of attempts to allow me to give them a second chance. I'll up the review from 1 star to 3."

"Thu has been the best nail artist I've ever had! I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and she did so great. The application was perfect. These nails have been on for the past month and are still going strong. They have lasted through bike riding, rock climbing, and constantly washing my hands for work. Not a single blemish on them after all of that. Absolutely love the nails and the attention to detail here"

"First time here and I loved it. Recommended by a friend, I walked in and didn’t have an appointment and they were able to help me AZAP no wait. Brian did my nails and he did such a great job. He took his time and made sure my nails looked great, I loved them. Staff were so friendly and nice. I got a little lotion set as a present for the holidays from them, that was such thoughtful. Great place and atmosphere, highly recommend. I will definitely be returning."
