"I can’t believe the disrespectful service I just received from the Boise office. (4/18) All we wanted to do was discuss increasing coverage on structures and vehicles. No I don’t want to be transferred to Utah. We have been using Leavitt Group for over 8 years and insurance companies for over 60 years. Never in all that time have I had such poor and disrespectful service. Yes, we will be moving everything to a different agency and insurance company."
