Doug met her the next morning and towed her car to his shop in Boise (very reasonable). His diagnoses wasn’t standard, but he nailed it. Bright, honest, timely and a fantastic communicator. A+. "One word-HONEST. I have had several repairs completed here. He has never done unnecessary repairs or overcharged. I know nothing about how to fix a car but he is patient with my knowledge and explains what needs to be done. Nothing more. Doug has done work on more than five relative's cars and numerous friends. All are happy with his work. I'm sure that there are other good, HONEST mechanics out there. I can only vouge for my experience and it has been nothing but good. Thank you for making the experience of fixing my car a good one. Let's face it, a car breaking down is never convenient or fun. Doug makes the experience much less painful."
