"I brought my BMW 525i to this shop (new to me) for a radiator issue. Sam repaired it in the time that he said he would and I was very satisfied with his work. I then brought my 325xi to him for a 'vacuum leak' issue and he addressed that and proceeded to find a couple of other issues while searching for the vacuum leak. He fixed the vacuum leak and also addressed the other issues while he had everything apart (saves on labor cost). Both cars run better than I remember them running and I couldn't be happier with the service, cleanliness and timely fashion in which the repairs were done. I highly recommend Root Pass Customs for any BMW repair that you may have!"
