"I had to have some warranty work done on my car and the dealership where i bought my Ford Explorer recommended Boise Automotive and I’m thankful they did. Jeff was awesome to deal with. He told me it would take 2 weeks to repair, but I was pleasantly surprised when he called a week later that my car was ready!! A week later my car started acting funny, so I brought it back and worked with Rick. It turned out to be a cracked spark plug (unrelated to the previous work they did) and Rick took great care of me by putting in a used one until i could get them all replaced. $25 dollars and 20 mins later, I was back on the road! Thank you so much, Jeff and Rick for your amazing service! If i ever need work done on my Explorer, I will only go to Boise Automotive!"
