"Ordered a Beef Chalupa ADD beans and got no meat ordered a Doritos locos tacos and there was no meat. I'm pregnant and was not about to go back this was super disappointing"
"I went through the drive-through after work, ordered the 4 soft taco, 4 burrito combo pack. Service was quick, but when I got home (40 minutes away) I open the box to hard shell tacos.... We HATE hard shell tacos! They can't use the "we were busy" excuse either... I was the only person in to-go line, and there were 2 cars in the parking lot. Not in the least impressed."
"Every time I come here they mess up an order or they don't have something in stock. The freeze machine is also almost never working. This time the lady double checked and asked at the window if I wanted a soft taco with the order and I confirmed. We drove away and double checked the order in the parking lot and sure enough...no soft taco. Had to go back in to get it. Not sure why they struggle to get fast food items correct."
"Often have to wait more than 20min and they refuse to prepare my order. Instead they take care of tens of drive-through orders first. Decent food for relatively good price for US. Also if you’re in store it takes them lot longer to fulfill order than drive-through. However service is often lacking. They usually don’t care about customer and have attitude. Often giving something different from what you ordered. They made us drive around to pickup second mobile order. Ridiculous. We paid extra to get Doritos tacos, Taco Bell failed to fulfill order we paid for and also stole our money by giving us cheaper ones with no refund. Much more appropriate would be giving us tacos of same or higher value instead of stealing from customers. Furthermore, quite often they run out of various things in their inventory."
"I pulled up and the guy was very friendly. Not only did he ask me about my day but, he said let's get you some food and see if we can change your day. And all the food I got that was good. It did change my day!"
