"As much as I love ice-cream, DQ needs to hire more employees. I know it's not always as simple as, "Just hire more people" but there was just one gut taking orders for about 30 people, while also fulfilling thos orders in between. I don't blame them individually, but the company as a whole is suffering :/"

"Ordered a chicken strip basket tonight, on the way home I thought it didn't smell like chicken. Good think I didn't take a bite on my way home. At home I sit down to eat and it's shrimp. I took it back, ordered a chicken strip dinner and got to window, and handed the shrimp basket back to the person, I said you can have this back, your lucky I didn't take a bite cause I would have been puking. All she said was whats wrong with it, I told her she looked and said oh, handed me my chicken strip dinner and said sorry bout that. Really, I had to go back and get dinner again, and that's all I got was sorry bout that."

"The service at this location is poor. I have been in several times for ice cream cakes and have visited the drove thru for lunch. Each time I come the employees look miserable. No one greets you or smiles. Then they rudely request a tip at the end even though, there was no service provided . I was even told once after I self served a frozen cake from the fridge that a tip is "required" and you cannot select "no tip." Very disappointed as I do not have a Dairy Queen close to where I live and I would go here frequently if they had better service."

"I ordered 3 blizzards online and I received them melted and 1 of them was clearly the wrong flavor. I ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard and received an Oreo hot chocolate blizzard. How’s that possible? Were the receipts not read and order checked to make sure they were right? I didn’t even get a full refund."

"Updated 10-15-22: It's been quite a while since I last visited dairy queen and I gotta say I was pretty disappointed. Even though It wasn't very busy my order took about 25 minutes to be done. The fries were too salty to eat not to mention cold. The burger was dry and bland tasting. I took my fries back and asked for fresh fries with no salt. Now I'm not kidding but I had to wait another 25 minutes before getting new fries. The fries weren't exactly hot nut rather almost warm. At this point I was extremely disappointed with both the service and food. The employees were very young and need quite a bit of training on communication. You'd be talking to an employee and they'd just walk away without acknowledging if they heard you or not. Lots of room for improvement. I've been to dairy Queen a number of times and have never had a bad experience. The staff and food have consistently been good."
