"Have tried calling here 3+ times each day for like a week to get information on apartments. Guess I should have read the reviews before trying to call though, considering it seems to be one of the biggest things people are talking about. Typically apartments do better during new leasing season, there doesn’t even seem to be an effort to communicate."

"The buildings are well designed and have have beautiful floor plans. But the nonresponses to tenants ' work orders and total corruption of the handling of complaints is intolerable. Many tenants with above average incomes has left my building. I wanted to move from almost day one. Since COVID happened many hazardous situations occur in this building daily. Praying I get the place I applied for. Fourth of July is a horrible time to be here"

"North Sarah are putting residents and maintenance staff in danger. On Thursday January 19, 2023 a maintenance personnel attempted to enter my residence. There was no noticed placed on the door for a inspection or preventative maintenance. He claimed it was a notice sent weeks ago which is not true. I wasn't home however, my son just happened to be there when the incident occurred and notified me. I did inform the maintenance personnel through the phone that he's not to enter the residence in my absence. He did leave but was very forceful. I'm informing you as professional as possible please do your job by sending out notice in a timely manner and make your staff aware of not entering my unit without my permission. There is too much going on in the world with violence so when someone is attempting to enter unauthorized it could be mistaken as a robbery. For the safety of your staff I'm advising you to take this matter seriously. I did have the opportunity to speak to Layla and informed her in person of this situation. I asked for management to follow-up with me about this matter. It's unbelievable that maintenance would walk pass all the trash and debris in the hall to enter someone unit unauthorized when there is plenty of attention needed in the hall. I sent a request months ago about the trash and filth in the building. The filth is one of the reasons some units have rodents and pest. No one ever answers the phone in the office. You have to go in person in order to get complaints handled. There is never any accountability with this company."
