"Great place to live. Area pros: close to forest park, eating places and bars to the west, voting place is a quick bike ride away, grassy area is nice to workout or meditate, mac's local eats has great fries, comet coffee has nice coffee and pastries etc. Community pros: leasing office people are friendly and will get to know you, uber pet friendly like not a day goes by that i don't see a dog, some cool people even bring their cats out, every season residents welcome new puppies and bring them out to play. Amenities: building is pretty wheelchair accessible including the pool. pool is small so people don't use it much which means it's basically always free. i use it and it's great! gym also is free most of the time and is great for cardio and nice if you don't have time to go to your regular gym. maintenance is superb, speedy, and capable. Apartment: window and view of the courtyard are great. West facing windows show a beautiful sunset. appliances are great. lots of natural light. easy to keep it at a good temperature without spending a lot on electricity."
"I deeply appreciated my stay at the Lofts. My unit was very clean. If the smallest maintenance issue came up like a light bulb out, maintenance. Was quick to respond. I cannot day enough about the staff. They were kind, professional and always helpful. I applaud their prompt response during the Covid outbreak. In addition I always felt very safe . Management. Is top notch and the landscaping is well done. If you are a parent of a student in college I feel like you could be very confident in their safety and well being here. Being pet friendly is a great plus. Lots of green space"
