"I have been a resident for roughly a month and multiple issues have been encountered. This property continuously fails to honor their lawful requirement under the state of Missouri Landlord-Tenant guidelines to provide timely maintenance. Upon moving in a laundry list of move in items were discovered, which a month in they have failed to rectify. You can tell by the level of detail in flipping the apartment that the maintenance contractor is poor and management and QAQC process is lazy. Two weeks after moving in the AC stopped working and they are yet to follow up on the submitted maintenance request. It’s sad that within a month of moving in, I have already had to engage legal counsel on how to make this work. The penthouse units are beautiful, although they a cheaply made. If this property ever gets adequate management, it will be very nice."
"I have allot of food allergies and sensitivities and the awesome Barista was very thorough in discerning what drinks I could safely ingest. There’s from scratch homemade ingredients passed the rest of my needs and the flavor was divine! I also found local jams that I can eat, which is a miracle itself since I’ve been looking for 2 full years with no luck! I highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be returning!"
