"Swanky high tech building next to forest park. Amenities are top notch and well maintained- the pool is as nice as it looks in pictures. The amenities (gym, pool, sauna, lounge rooms) are rarely over crowded like public gyms/pools. Pass code doors are convenient for those that loose their keys frequently or need a friend to check on a pet. Building managers are friendly and responsive. Friendly people in the building. Street parking for visitors is generally easily accessible."
