"1 BR apartment with den - Larger laundry room, Extra shelving was added on our request for the master closet & laundry room at no extra cost. Appliances clean & of good quality. Apartment is quiet (And no sounds from other apartments in the hall way) Tall ceilings with picture rail molding throughout each room ( except for bathroom.) Clean, with nice appliances and well planned area for living & dining. Carpeted throughout out except for bath-laundry & kitchen/entry. Best of all excellent service - wonderful and quickly responsive management staff. Will truly miss when we move for our work."

"A five star experience from before I ever saw the apartment! I was relocating from Florida and the timing was off. I didn't have enough time to get here and look for an apartment and get back to Florida to drive to Saint Louis. Vicky was awesome. She walked me through the website so i could get a sense of the apartment and was able to hold it until i could get a check to her via snail mail. When we arrived at the Residences on moving day, we literally drove the uhaul up and saw the apartment for the first time. It was just what we had been promised! Over the next year we loved living at The Residences. Vicky and Travis were amazing! They truly made us feel like family. I know that is tossed around a lot but they really did. I always felt like Vicky had my back.The only reason we moved was because we expanded our family and need more outdoor room. Its a great location, with great amenities and neighbors that are friendly and quiet! Give Vicky a call! Thank you Vicky!!!"

"I have lived here for almost a year now and must admit that the apartments themselves are quite nice, and the common hallways are generally clean and very spacious. The equipment in the apartments is also nice and convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit cannot be overstated. Parking in a gated section on the third floor of the garage is also included in rent. The location means that there is so much around within walking distance or within a short drive. It can be a bit noisy, but you should expect that just from the location being on the street of what is basically an outdoor mall. Though, it can be a bit excessive. Deliveries, garbage trucks, snow plows and such all occur in the early morning. This usually only effects me on the weekends since I leave early for work, but is still a hassle. Another downside is that the worth-while apartments pretty much all face west, so you do get the heat of the afternoon sun through your windows which will impact your utilities. This is not helped by the low quality windows; I never feel like my apartment is actually the temperature the thermostat says because the windows do not seem to be well made. Lastly, the facility should probably work on upgrading its community and access amenities. The workout room is a joke (one treadmill, one elliptical and a weight system) and there is no pool; but I have been told they have special deals with local gyms to compensate. If you want to allow guests to 'buzz-in' from the access doors, you have to have a 314 phone number (and apparently a number from Charter cable does not count). In general, it is a nice place, but over-priced for the lack of real amenities and the out-of-date systems."
