"Nice place. However, the walls are very shallow and you can hear conversations from your neighbors easily. One of the people above me has a noisy chihuahua and it barks all day long. Even with my door closed and their door closed I can still hear it. Gas bill is expensive for such a small space. Other than that, it’s an okay place."
"A rip off. Charged me $175 to clean the unit when there was nothing to clean but a few specks in the refrigerator. And then you charge over $300 to fill in holes from a mounted tv? That’s absolutely insane. I’m so glad I left."
