"Lack of communication from the leasing office when applying. The form they asked to complete to apply didn't include all the information they needed to confirm information for their approval. After going to the office and calling several times to ask about the application, their excuse was that they didn't have a phone number to confirm the previous rent history. Instead of googling or calling back to verify the information, they asked for a document signed by the previously rented apartment. Wasn't that part of their job to verify that information? Or why they didn't request this from the beginning instead of having us wait for more than a week and not giving any response?"
