"Exceptional customer service & excellent bikes. We have never had a problem with our bikes since purchasing 3 years ago until I backed our truck over my husband’s element!! No problem-fixed within 2 days (would’ve been sooner but we weren’t in a hurry) and it was mangled!!! Repairs are reasonable and Pedego warranty is 5 years!! The owners & employees of this shop are knowledgeable, friendly & really help you find exactly what you need. No hard sales and you can test ride the bikes on Grants Trail right outside the shop! If you’re going to buy an e-bike I highly recommend this Pedego shop!!!"
