They left no stone unturned and I left feeling fully informed and ready to drop bucks on a bike. The frame size and color of the bike I wanted wasn’t in stock at the Ballwin store but within two days they had one ready to go for me- 2 days before estimated! Beyond expectations for sure, and everyone in the store was incredibly pleasant.
